Program Description and Use of Services

ISI Collective is a DBA / trade name of CMP CONSTRUCTION FL INC. References in these Terms & Conditions to “ISI Collective,” “CMP CONSTRUCTION FL INC,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to CMP CONSTRUCTION FL INC and its DBA, ISI Collective.

CMP CONSTRUCTION FL INC provides construction and related services, including new home construction, renovations, remodeling, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and other construction-related services. Through its DBA, ISI Collective, CMP CONSTRUCTION FL INC also provides mentorship, education, guidance, community access, and access to professional resources related to real estate investing, ground-up development, construction, deal evaluation, and related topics.

By accessing our websites, submitting an application, scheduling a consultation, enrolling in ISI Collective, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

SMS Program and Messaging Use Cases

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website forms, application forms, booking forms, or other communication channels, you consent to receive SMS messages from us.

These messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations
  • Appointment reminders
  • Application follow-up
  • Zoom scheduling
  • Mentorship-related communications

Age Restriction & Opt-Out Instructions

You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services, apply to ISI Collective, or participate in our SMS messaging program.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying: STOP

Upon receiving your STOP request, we may send a confirmation message acknowledging your unsubscribe request. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

To rejoin, submit your information and opt in again through one of our approved forms or communication channels.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Membership in ISI Collective is not automatic.

  • Access to every contractor or professional
  • Any specific financial result

Applicants may be invited to participate in a consultation or Zoom meeting before enrollment.

ISI Collective reserves the right to determine whether an applicant is an appropriate fit for the program.

ISI Collective Program Scope

ISI Collective provides mentorship, education, guidance, community access, systems, and access to professional relationships and resources.

Depending on the member’s stage and circumstances, the program may include access to resources related to:

  • Funding resources
  • Business funding
  • Credit-related resources
  • Land and deal evaluation
  • Deal underwriting
  • Construction planning
  • Vetted contractor relationships
  • Architects
  • Engineers
  • Design resources
  • Material sourcing
  • Construction systems

  • Community support
  • Live mentorship

The exact resources used by a member may vary depending on the member’s project, readiness, location, timeline, and stage in the program.

No Guarantee of Results

Real estate investing, construction, and development involve risk.

ISI Collective does not guarantee:

  • Profit
  • Income
  • Return on investment
  • Financing
  • Credit improvement
  • Loan approval
  • Project approval
  • Project completion
  • Specific construction costs
  • Specific timelines
  • Specific down payments
  • Specific interest rates
  • Property appreciation
  • Resale price
  • Any specific financial outcome

Any examples of past projects, profits, returns, or results are provided for educational or illustrative purposes only.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Members remain responsible for their own investment, financial, legal, tax, business, and project decisions.

Financing and Third-Party Resources

ISI Collective may provide access to or introductions involving:

  • Funding providers
  • Contractors
  • Architects
  • Engineers
  • Realtors
  • Vendors
  • Designers
  • Other service providers

These individuals and companies may be independent third parties.

ISI Collective and CMP CONSTRUCTION FL INC do not guarantee:

  • Approval by any third party
  • Pricing
  • Availability
  • Performance
  • Financing terms
  • Contractor schedules
  • Professional outcomes

Any agreement entered into with a third-party provider may be governed by that provider’s own terms and conditions.

Mentorship and Educational Disclaimer

ISI Collective provides education, mentorship, guidance, and access to resources.

Nothing provided through ISI Collective should be considered:

  • Legal advice
  • Tax advice
  • Accounting advice
  • Financial advice
  • Investment advice
  • Lending advice
  • Engineering advice
  • Architectural advice

Members should consult appropriately licensed professionals regarding decisions that require professional expertise.

Contractor and Professional Relationships

Access to contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, lenders, and other professionals may be provided as appropriate during the member’s progression through the program.

Enrollment does not automatically entitle a member to immediate access to every relationship within Chris Paladino’s professional network.

Introductions may depend on:

  • Project readiness
  • Location
  • Scope
  • Timing
  • Availability
  • Professional discretion
  • Member conduct

We reserve the right to protect professional relationships and decline introductions when appropriate.

Community Conduct

Members participating in ISI Collective communities, including Slack or other communication platforms, are expected to behave professionally and respectfully.

Members may not:

  • Harass other members
  • Misrepresent themselves
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Misuse confidential information
  • Solicit other members inappropriately
  • Disrupt the community
  • Use the program to engage in unlawful activity

We reserve the right to remove members from community spaces for serious or repeated violations.

Confidentiality and Proprietary Materials

ISI Collective may provide access to proprietary:

  • Systems
  • Templates
  • Checklists
  • Deal-review processes
  • Construction resources
  • Training materials
  • Documents
  • Frameworks
  • Content

These materials are provided for the member’s personal use within the program.

Unless we provide written permission, members may not:

  • Sell
  • Reproduce
  • Distribute
  • Publish
  • License
  • Share publicly
  • Repurpose commercially

any proprietary ISI Collective materials.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on https://cmpconstructionfl.com and https://ISIcollective.com, including:

  • Text
  • Graphics
  • Logos
  • Images
  • Videos
  • Training materials
  • Frameworks
  • Documents
  • Program materials

is owned by or licensed to CMP CONSTRUCTION FL INC and/or ISI Collective and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

Payment Terms

Construction-service payment terms may vary by project and may be governed by a separate written agreement.

ISI Collective membership fees, payment schedules, financing options, and other enrollment terms may be governed by a separate enrollment agreement.

Where a separate written agreement exists, that agreement controls with respect to the specific services covered by it.

Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of services, subject to the applicable agreement and law.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

For consultations, appointments, or scheduled calls, we ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Construction projects and ISI Collective memberships may have separate cancellation, refund, or termination terms contained in their respective written agreements.

Those specific agreements will control where applicable.

When you provide contact details or other information to us, including your:

you agree that we may use that information for legitimate business purposes including:
